I came upon this last year during my barefoot running research. Its a “training system” so to speak that’s all about using natural movement and your environment to stay healthy.  I really like the idea (although I’m not sure if I’m keen to pay to “get back to my true nature”).  Natural movements is fun, fulfilling, and a heck of a way to get in shape.  The slow motion and epic music get me all inspired.  Enjoy!

      hehe. Yeah, I like watching these videos. I sort of wish all of my workouts were timed to music and could be made to go in slow motion 🙂
