Super Quick Granola

Clouds over the Puget Sound but not over me!!!What a ridiculously beautiful day it has been.  Its February in Washington really its February everywhere)– it should be cold, wet, and gray but the last couple of days have been bright and shiny!  Today, I actually had to remove my fleece and gloves on my run (I’m a wimp, I saw people running in shorts and t-shirts–that’s a little crazy).  It was so beautiful.  Anyway, that’s not what this post is about.  This is a quick recipe that involves zero baking/cooking/etc.  Just pour and mix.

Granola is one of my favorite things.  I love it for breakfast or an afternoon snack.  It involves so many of my favorite foods (dried fruits, nuts/seeds/oatmeal).  The possibilities are endless so don’t get caught up on following the recipe to a T.  Just have fun and mix in what ya like!

Super Quick Granola:


  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 5 dates chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup hemp powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp stevia


  • Pour and mix!
  • Eat dry or serve with your favorite non-dairy milk (I love hemp, almond, and coconut)
  • Store in airtight container in fridge for freshness!
