  1. Do you use protein powder in any of your smoothies? I’ve tried a few but I hate the taste it gives the smoothie. I’m wondering if it’s even worth putting in the smoothie. ??

      Rachel, I use hemp protein. It’s straight up protein from hemp seeds–no added junk. You can get it at whole foods but its a much better deal at iherb.com. I love iherb. If you use my code VOK916 you get $5 off your first order. They have lots of great stuff at great prices.

      Also, if you find you don’t like the hemp protein, you could also try using some type of nut butter instead. Almond butter is delicious in smoothies and it makes it so creamy 🙂
